UBS Experience

On 7/18/18 the Metabronx apprentices took a trip to UBS in Manhattan NYC. During the UBS trip the Metabronx apprentices had the chance to talk with other UBS people and ask them questions about how they got there meaning their current job status.There were about 8 different groups of workers at UBS for the apprentices to ask questions about. In this picture 3 of the fellow Metabronx apprentices are shown taking a picture inside the UBS conference room that the UBS workers were in. Also during the UBS trip the Metabronx apprentices were introduced to a different style of mentoring which is called "Speed Mentoring". There were about 3-4 Metabronx apprentices seated per table and about 4-5 mentors seated per table with 15 minutes per table to ask as many questions as they could during the 15 minute time slot
