Buildings Repairs

Usually in the Bronx the buildings are destroy and they need get repair, because of the floor are dirty and elevator always broken. They has dead rats and trash on the floor. The buildings consists of old people and kids, consequently it bring sickness and allergies. My opinion about this is bad because people in those buildings are suffering.
