Letter to Gustavo Rivera About Crime

I wrote this letter to New York's state senator Gustavo Rivera because I want him to take in consideration the state of crime in the Bronx. Crime has been affecting the Bronx over the years if we dont get together as a community it will only get worse. No one cant stop the violence but we can make the difference and turn the Bronx into a better place to live.
