During the 90s to the early 2000s Justin Timberlake was a part of the hit band called *NSYNC, a boy band that was famous worldwide, selling 70 million copies worldwide. In 2002, Justin Timberlake left the band to pursue a solo career. He partnered with the new, upcoming producers The Neptunes, which included Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo, to produce his new solo album. He believed that The Neptunes had the answers to everything he was looking for.
