At first, I thought SYEP was going to be difficult because I never had an actual job experience before this. However MetaBronx allowed us to work together in teams. We worked as a team to get things done and that made this experience more enjoyable.
During my time at MetaBronx I worked in the finance group. Our main job was focusing on organizing and inputting credit and debit card purchases. I was basically working as an accountant and keeping track of the different purchases. This taught me how businesses manage expenses such as supplies and utilities.
Overall, my experience at MetaBronx gave me a better understanding of what it is like to work in a professional environment and helped me develop skills that I can use in the future.
