Rich people vs Poor people

I think that we have some people rich and some poor and that is because their take so much tax from the poor people. according to OMB, National priorities project "the united estate spend 54% of the taxes in military they spend 5,985 billions, they spend more that all the others countries. their think that their spend that money for put the country more safe" they spend more that the other countries and they have to spend more in different things.this mean that they have to spend that money in other things
