In this photo, we can see the trash on the streets in neighborhoods of the Bronx. According to NYTimes, "Kathryn Garcia said that by late 2020 by when the law is fully in effect, the city estimates that these neighborhoods will still process between 66 percent and 69 percent of the city’s trash".
