It is used for sitting and relaxing. Everyone in my family uses it to sit on. It is used in Bangladesh and in America by Bengali people. It is used when there isn’t enough chairs or just to sit on. Bangladeshi people in the villages would make these murahs during their free times and it’s also used for our own good. So this tells us that they didn’t need technology to make things, they just use their brains. This is important to me and my family because it carries our tradition. It is connected to my identity because only Bengali people make and use this.
