Lesson I Learned During My Journey
I came to the United States because I had a scout program called 24th World Scout Jamboree (WSJ) in West Virginia. Then I came New York and decided to make a better future. I was told by myself. During my journey to the United States, I felt sad and happy. Because that time I was missing my parents for this reason I felt sad. On the other hand, I was traveling with my friends. We were having a lot of fun.
I came to the United States on July 21, 2019. The first lesson I learned about the United States was that if I go out I have to speak English all the time so that people can understand me.
I thought the United States would be a beautiful country. It has strong democracy and freedom. People can do anything whatever they want. People can earn a lot of money but it’s hard to earn money. I came to New York in August 3, 2019. The most important lesson I learned about my journey is that “Always be prepared because sometimes a lot of unexpected things can happen.”
