According to the article we have read, we know that Mr. McConnell is totally opposed to providing more aid to each state since, like the pandemic, states need more monetary aid in the new pandemic emergency rescue legislation, in, In a nutshell, Mr. McConnell is trying to warn people who were financially affected by this crisis that they should consider bankruptcy.
But with all the cause going on around the world, Mr. Cuomo accused Mr. McConnell of hyperpartisanship, criticizing him for distinguishing between states based on their political leanings, rather than states where people are losing their lives for the cause of COVID-19. He also explained that the color hump, white and blue this represent Americans biting for this pandemic, he tried to say that this is not a political moment in this moment of crisis since many people are dying.
As a final point, I agree with Mr. Cuomo with everything he said since he is not mixing politics with what is happening now in my point of view Mr. Cuomo what he wants is to help people in need He wants to save lives so that there are no more deaths so that the Americans do not continue dying for this pandemic. Right now, if the American people stop receiving government aid, many people may starve or lose their basic living economy.

Según el artículo que hemos leído, sabemos que el Sr. McConnell se opone totalmente a proporcionar más ayuda a cada estado ya que, al igual que la pandemia, los estados necesitan más ayuda monetaria en la nueva legislación de rescate de emergencia pandémica, en pocas palabras, el Sr. McConnell está tratando de advertir a las personas que fueron afectadas financieramente por esta crisis que deberían considerar la bancarrota.
