Eleanor Roosevelt once said ‘For it isn't enough to talk about peace. One must believe in it. And it isn't enough to believe in it. One must work at it.’ To believe in peace as Eleanor Roosevelt has stated, means to not only agree with a cause, but to also partake action and induce change. And that's exactly what the recent Black Lives Matter movement and peaceful protests have been about; coming together as a community to address the flaws of our society and work towards a better, more peaceful one.
