I doubt anybody in the whole world suffered as much as he did while just for following his passion. More than 10 operation on his knees and ankles still he continues to play as a leading bowler and captain of Bangladesh One Day International Cricket team. Mashrafe is one of the fastest bowler Bangladesh has ever produced. The former T20 captain ended serving the Bangladesh Cricket team in the T20 format for more than 10 years. Due to continues leg injuries Mashrafe retired from test cricket in 2003 and started focusing on shorter format as if in One day international and T20 untill he announced his retirement in 6th April 2017. Mashrafe is considered the most successful captain of Bangladesh cricket team as he was the first captain to lead Bangladesh to the Quarter final of World Cup 2015. Mashrafe is well known as GURU in Bangladesh known as the Master. By far Mashrafe is the most experienced player of Bangladesh right now.
