The Assassination of The Haitian Presdient.

On July 7th, at 1:00am in the morning, 26 Colombians and 2 Haitian American men appeared at the Haitian president's Jovenel Moise home, and opened fire. Killing the president and wounding his wife. From the wife's side of the story, she explained. Warning shots were given and her husband stated “We are going to die”. She then ran to her kids room. And told them to hide in the bathtub, while she and her husband hid underneath their bed.
Due to their height their feet showed underneath the bed which gave their hiding spots away. After the colombians troops entered the family’s home. One man was seen on the phone asking for information on the description of who they needed to kill and what documents in the house they needed to grab. It was explained as a tall skinny black male who was the president and they killed him. President Jovenel was shot 12 times including in his forehead and many in his torso. They then popped his eyes out and broke his arms.
His wife Martine Moise was shot and was transported to a Haitian hospital after the attack and was later evacuated to Miami, Florida, for more treatment. In an audio message she stated “In the blink of an eye, the mercenaries entered my home and riddled my husband with bullets … without even giving him a chance to say a word,”. She also said the mercenaries were sent to kill her husband “because of roads, water, electricity and referendum as well as elections at the end of the year so that there is no transition in the country”.
After spending days in the hospital Martine returned to Haiti and told her fellow Haitian to not give up fighting and we will have justice. She also stated “we can not let the president and her husband's blood spill in vein”. On today's date July 23 2021 president Jovenel will be burned. No matter what happened, No matter what was done, No one's life should be ended!!!! #JUSTICEFORJOVENELMORIS
